Order Allocation issue

I have 4 accounts that are not being shown in my Trade Window. My 4 trade accounts are as follows: 1) APEX-65575-47 2) APEX-65575-48 3) APEX-65575-49 4) APEX-65575-50 BMP file named "trade window" shows the dropdown window showing only one account (e.g.: APEX-65575-47) when it should all 4 accounts. In addition, I'm trying to do an order allocation on all 4 accounts using 1 account as reference. I go under "Settings -> Enable Order Allocation on Trade Accounts" to do so. In the "Order Allocation" window shown in the "order alloc" BMP file, you see the "Available Accounts (List)" window is blank where all 4 accounts should be visible. In the "Allocation Accounts (List)" window, you see 3 of the 4 accounts. How do I make my 4 accounts visible in the "Available Accounts (List)" window? How do I make my 4 accounts visible in my Trade Window? |

The accounts you are trying to get access to are not setup to be accessed through the connection you are using to APEX. You need to ask APEX about this and ensure that the single login that you are using for the main account, also has those other 3 accounts available. The reason the accounts are showing in the "Allocation Accounts" is that those must have been accessible at one time and you had added them to the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts. But those accounts are not currently available - as seen on your Trade Window. Thanks and I will contact APEX about this. I didn't have this allocation issue before as I was doing this for many months now.
