The accounts you are trying to get access to are not setup to be accessed through the connection you are using to APEX. You need to ask APEX about this and ensure that the single login that you are using for the main account, also has those other 3 accounts available.

The reason the accounts are showing in the "Allocation Accounts" is that those must have been accessible at one time and you had added them to the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts. But those accounts are not currently available - as seen on your Trade Window.
