Dear Sierra Chart Support, I am planning to renew Package 11. Before proceeding, could you please let me know which services are currently active on my account? Thank you in advance for your assistance. |

You have no services active on your account. Your account is in an expired state.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi John, thank you for your response. As my account is currently in an expired state, I would like to proceed with the reactivation. My intention is to activate Package 11, and in the next few days, subscribe to the CME real-time data via Denali, considering I have an active futures trading account with AMP. Could you please confirm the correct steps to follow in order to: Reactivate my account with Package 11. Set up the CME real-time data feed through Denali, using the AMP account. I appreciate your guidance to ensure everything is properly configured. Best regards, Antonio |

Here is the order in which you need to do things: - Add funds to your account at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit#MoveToTop - Activate the package you want by following these instructions: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions - Activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time CME Group data at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges - Connect to your AMP account. For the proper instructions for this we need to know what order routing service you are using with AMP. It will be one of either Rithmic, CQG, or Teton. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

You do not yet have an exchange active. So you will not get any real-time data for the CME Group until you have an active exchange. Keep in mind that Sierra Chart does not have support for data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore you will have to get the CME Group data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can activate an exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Also keep in mind that the exchanges are not pro-rated and they renew on a calendar month basis. This means that if you activate an exchange today (April 24, 2025), you will pay the full price for the exchange in order to get data for the remainder of April. You will then pay the full amount again on May 1, 2025, in order to get the data for May. Therefore, you may want to wait until May 1, 2025, before activating an exchange. -- The information for the Continuous Futures Contract is at the following link: Continuous Futures Contract Charts For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-04-24 18:03:20

For now, I’m using SC DATA. I will activate real-time data via Denali starting from May 1st. Now, please help me set up the attached chart so I can view the continuous ES contract instead of switching manually between H and M contracts. I hope I was clear? |

You are not clear. We gave you the link to the instructions for the Continuous Futures contract. And we see that you have added it to your chart. We think you may be asking about discontinuity between the prices at rollover, but as we cannot see the dates, we are not certain that this is really the issue. If it is, then what you need to do is use a "Back Adjusted" Continuous Contract option. Refer to the following: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Continuous Futures Contract - Date Rule Rollover, Back Adjusted For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

There is missing data on the chart from 2024/11/08 to 2025/03/17. I believe this may be related to the rollover between futures contracts. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. |
