You do not yet have an exchange active. So you will not get any real-time data for the CME Group until you have an active exchange. Keep in mind that Sierra Chart does not have support for data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore you will have to get the CME Group data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can activate an exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Also keep in mind that the exchanges are not pro-rated and they renew on a calendar month basis. This means that if you activate an exchange today (April 24, 2025), you will pay the full price for the exchange in order to get data for the remainder of April. You will then pay the full amount again on May 1, 2025, in order to get the data for May.
