So when I’m trying to connect my account, the one where you do it once a month to get your data it doesn’t give me any of my brokers man. I’m really confused with the software. Honestly, this is ridiculous. How complicated it is. Why can’t I get my charge to work. Why is it saying delayed data? I signed all the agreements. Why is it giving me a hard time?

First, regarding your complaints, all of this complexity is due to requirements of the CME. Not us. They make it very very complex accessing real-time data. A call is not going to help. This is from another thread which we deleted: 1. I need to know which data plans. I need only to trade MNQ.
1. You will need to use Sierra Chart Service package 10 or higher. 2. It says to connect to a broker once a month in order to get your data. None of those are my brokers I use top step and Tradovate. I also have an account with Optimus. 3. furthermore, it says symbol settings, not found for current service. 4. I will not be trading on Sierra chart. The only thing I will be using is the DOM and the data that’s all. 2. If you have an account with Optimus futures, have them set up the account on Teton order routing: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing That will then allow you to access the real-time CME data. 3. Regarding this, refer to: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.3. Symbols 4. Understood. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Yes, this is now the correct account. With regards to the data, you have multiple options selected that you do not need. 1. You have the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" and the "NASDAQ TotalView" exchanges active. These are just for U.S. Equities. If you are only trading futures, then you do not need these exchanges. Also, if you do want data for U.S. Equities, then you may or may not need both exchanges. Having both will give you the Market Depth from the NASDAQ TotalView along with the consolidated data from the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape". 2. For the CME Group, you have 10 exchange options enabled. You only need 1. But which one depends on exactly what you need. You mentioned you just need data for MNQ. We also need to know if you need Market Depth data for that symbol or not. Let us know exactly what you need and we will let you know what exchange(s) you need to keep activated. Note that exchange fees are not refundable. We do apologize for this, but there are multiple warnings about it. These funds go to the exchanges themselves and they do not give refunds. You will want to keep the exchange that includes "Market Depth" (they will state "...with Market Depth..." in the name. As to which exchange in particular, it depends on exactly the data you need. If you need just MNQ, then the cheapest option is the following: - CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts But if you want data for all of the CME Group including Market Depth data, then you would want the following exchange: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts And you can mix and match exchanges. For instance, if you want data for the full CME Group, but only need Market Depth for the MNQ, then you could do the following two exchanges: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts - CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts Just be sure you deactivate the exchanges you do not need prior to the end of this month, otherwise you will be charged again for them. John basically on YouTube I look at the Sierra chart DOM and there’s multiple numbers it’s three digits usually in the bid and the ask volume bars online. It’s only one digit it’s either 1 5 8 single digits on every level sorry my computer is getting repaired right now so I can’t do the screenshot or how you told me to do it I really hope you can figure this out because I don’t know if I should be trading that way thanks man sorry to bother you with all this stuff

Most likely it is just due to differences in the liquidity of the particular instrument. We really need to know what symbol you are looking at so we can see for sure that we are getting the same data. Please let us know what symbol you are viewing.

Attached is the MNQ M 2025 contract DOM at this moment (around 11:20 Central US time). You should be seeing something similar, but it depends on the time of day.

Thank you John. Yeah you’re right man. It’s basically MES you see the three digits MNQU see one digit maybe two digits do you add two zeros next to them? Also, how can I add the Delta on the left side and how can I add the absorption columns where you see those levels decreasing for example if the buyers are buying

We do not understand what you are asking in terms of "do you add two zeros next to them?" Can you give us more information on what you are looking for here? To get a delta, you need to add a Volume by Price study. There are options for showing the delta. Refer to the following: Volume By Price Study We thinking you are asking for the "Pulling/Stacking" columns. Although there are others as well. Refer to the following for how to add columns to the DOM and what columns are available: Global Trade Settings Windows: Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns (Chart Specific) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

You cannot remove that. It is the Status area for whether you have quantities matching between your parent order and the attached orders. Also, how do I remove the point of control text on the top? Or change the color
That is displayed as part of a study. It looks like that is a Subgraph, but refer to the following that controls the display of the items for a study in the Region Header: Chart Studies: Subgraphs Tab >> Display Name and Value in Region Data Line Chart Studies: Subgraphs Tab >> Display Study Subgraphs Name and Value - Global Chart Studies: Subgraphs Tab >> Display Study Name The color of that item is going to be the color of the subgraph that it is referencing. So you can change the color of the subgraph to change the top text.
