First, regarding your complaints, all of this complexity is due to requirements of the CME. Not us. They make it very very complex accessing real-time data. A call is not going to help.

This is from another thread which we deleted:
1. I need to know which data plans. I need only to trade MNQ.
2. It says to connect to a broker once a month in order to get your data. None of those are my brokers I use top step and Tradovate. I also have an account with Optimus.
3. furthermore, it says symbol settings, not found for current service.
4. I will not be trading on Sierra chart. The only thing I will be using is the DOM and the data that’s all.
1. You will need to use Sierra Chart Service package 10 or higher.

2. If you have an account with Optimus futures, have them set up the account on Teton order routing:

That will then allow you to access the real-time CME data.
