First, regarding your complaints, all of this complexity is due to requirements of the CME. Not us. They make it very very complex accessing real-time data. A call is not going to help. This is from another thread which we deleted: 1. I need to know which data plans. I need only to trade MNQ.
1. You will need to use Sierra Chart Service package 10 or higher. 2. It says to connect to a broker once a month in order to get your data. None of those are my brokers I use top step and Tradovate. I also have an account with Optimus. 3. furthermore, it says symbol settings, not found for current service. 4. I will not be trading on Sierra chart. The only thing I will be using is the DOM and the data that’s all. 2.
