Hello Folks, My IB data feed into Sierra Charts for the SSO instrument is being delayed by 15 minutes on a 1 second chart. I have verified with IB that the delay is not happening on their platform. I have referenced past tickets on Sierra's Support Board for instruction as to how to overcome this delay. Nonetheless, I have not been able to remove the delay. Can you advise me further regarding this issue? |

You are not setup to get any real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, make sure you are entering the fully qualified symbol as Interactive Brokers needs it. Refer to the following: Interactive Brokers Symbols: Stock Format Do not enter the symbol with just the standard ticker symbol (i.e. SSO). This will not give you the real-time data from Interactive Brokers. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
