You are not setup to get any real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, make sure you are entering the fully qualified symbol as Interactive Brokers needs it. Refer to the following: Interactive Brokers Symbols: Stock Format Do not enter the symbol with just the standard ticker symbol (i.e. SSO).
