9 days have passed and still unable to log-on to APEX / Rithmic

9 trading days have gone by and still I cannot use Sierra with APEX / Rithmic.

All credentials are correct and I can login with 2 other Programs including NinjaTrader.

Please. What is going wrong?

Have Rithmic and Sierra finally stopped talking to one another?

Please note I have followed all instructions and re-entered by hand 'not copied' the username and pwd multiple times but no change.

I've just renewed Denali data to see if anything had changed but 9 days on its still not connecting.

The fact that you can connect with other programs does not matter.

That error is coming from Rithmic. The interface between Sierra Chart and Rithmic is written by and owned by Rithmic. We have told them about this issue over and over and they have not done anything about it. There is simply nothing we can do to fix it or change it - Rithmic has to do this.

Try changing your password. Years ago was using rithimic and had a similar problem could log in everywhere except through SC / Rithmic. I changed the password and that was it.
