9 trading days have gone by and still I cannot use Sierra with APEX / Rithmic.

All credentials are correct and I can login with 2 other Programs including NinjaTrader.

Please. What is going wrong?

Have Rithmic and Sierra finally stopped talking to one another?

Please note I have followed all instructions and re-entered by hand 'not copied' the username and pwd multiple times but no change.

I've just renewed Denali data to see if anything had changed but 9 days on its still not connecting.
