The fact that you can connect with other programs does not matter. That error is coming from Rithmic. The interface between Sierra Chart and Rithmic is written by and owned by Rithmic. We have told them about this issue over and over and they have not done anything about it. There is simply nothing we can do to fix it or change it - Rithmic has to do this.
