Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. Hi, It works now. I tried restart Sierra Chart and restart computer, didn't work. Then I unplug the Wi-Fi Router and plug it back, once it was on, everything works for Sierra Chart. I would never thought it was the router, because I could browse web sites. Learned something new. Sorry for the trouble and thanks so much for your help!! |

We have moved to a new Web server, and there was a DNS change. Some users will need to have restarted Sierra Chart but the vast majority not (this is something that normally should not be necessary, and we were not aware this would be needed but we later discovered it was). And you also needed to flush the DNS cache: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails1.php#DomainNameServiceIssues In the case where your DNS server, was slow to update. It should have updated within one minute but inevitably some DNS servers are going to take more than a day. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
