Dear Support, Can you help with this conundrum? I have a chart e.g. 5 min as an example that includes a label col right-side of price.
To test this is a consistent issue/consistent behaviour I have just 1 study loaded: - High Low for Time Period (08:30:00 - 10:29:59) The study subgraphs are both set to "Transparent Text with Alignment" with the "Name Label" in the label column. Short Name "HIGH/LOW" is the Text. Reverse colors. ------------------------------ HERE ARE THE ISSUES: ------------------------------ 1) The High/Low for Time Period (Study). Color changes made to Subgraph 1 have no impact on the label whereas Subgraph 2 changes do.
2) Small changes expanding and contracting the x-axis can result in the labels disappearing entirely as does reducing the timeframe to 1 minute where changes becomes even more sensitive and I need to compress the chart to recover the the labels. I've tried changing the chart to 0 - 23:59:59 as well as all other variables but the issue persists. Hope you can provide directions. Many thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-11-05 20:13:39

In general, the Labels are only going to show while the study itself has values on the screen. Once the item that has the value moves off-screen, then the label will not be displayed. We wonder if this is what you are experiencing. As to the colors, if you have enabled the option for "Label" then the color of the Name and Value Labels are controlled by the color button next to the "Label" option. Hi John Many thanks. I changed it to extended and it was fine. I just couldn't understand why the value was not carried forwards. Thank you! |
