In general, the Labels are only going to show while the study itself has values on the screen. Once the item that has the value moves off-screen, then the label will not be displayed. We wonder if this is what you are experiencing. As to the colors, if you have enabled the option for "Label" then the color of the Name and Value Labels are controlled by the color button next to the "Label" option.
