Good morning. I use Sierra's trade copier to trade multiple accounts with Apex funding and it is failing nearly every time for weeks now at trade copying. As soon as I toggle on trade copier and enter a trade that should load to all my accounts, my connection falters, it has to re-load data, the trade is not entered on my other accounts and I am missing my trades. It is completely unreliable and very frustrating. For trading multiple accounts from a funding company, Sierra seems like not the trading platform to facilitate that. Does anyone have a successful experience with this? Tips? Sierra support - is it possible to get this to work properly? It used to function, but now fails on me every day. I just need to know if this is going to be fixed or if I need to leave Sierra to trade with a funding company.

The problem absolutely is 100% on the Rithmic side. Not with Sierra Chart. Especially if you are losing the connection when the orders are being sent. That clearly is a Rithmic issue. Order Allocation to Trade Accounts functionality works perfectly. We have no control over Rithmic issues at all. And you can verify the issue is with Rithmic just simply by testing the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts functionality with Trade Simulation Mode: Trade Simulation Or with the Trading Evaluator service: Simulated Futures Trading Service The trade order copying will work without an issue. This is definitive. This is a very good example of where our time is being wasted, over Rithmic issues and we are being faulted for Rithmic issues. This is strictly a Rithmic problem 100%. I just experienced a huge issue I mean I just lost a lot of money right now Is this a Sierra chart issue or also a rhythmic issue I entered in a trade with the copy trade feature across five accounts my main account didn't get filled my two of my accounts my hidden accounts got filled win against me and I didn't even know I was in the trade because my main account my master account didn't even get filled What the **** The order went through on my hidden accounts but not my main account So even if I hit fly on my main account it still wouldn't even Take Me Out because it didn't register on the main account I had to sign in copy traded account and manually exit Absolutely ridiculous Is this rhythmics issue is this a connection issue is this a see or a chart issue Because why my main master account not get filled however my other accounts did get fill This is a huge issue I really need help URGENT Thank you guys you guys are always very helpful

Yeah I seriously seriously need help this is like I mean this is just not cool How can I make it to where if my master account doesn't get filled my main account that I doesn't get filled my other accounts don't get filled as well because this is just I got two hidden accounts filled I had to go sign into them so just to close the position I can't even control the stop loss from there I can't even flatten the position from there I have to re sign in just to close the position because my main account is the one that it operates off So if my main account flattens then everything else flattens but if my main account doesn't get I can't flatten nothing 'cause there's no position on my main account I really really need help I mean this is just this is urgent please and thank you please help me like this is a very serious issue and you guys are always very helpful so thank you I know you guys are gonna be able to help me out but I mean this is just I lost a lot of money today from this specific issue you know I'm very upset

Look even if the order fill is a little bit late I absolutely my master account to be in control of my copy accounts II don't know if there's a setting I don't know how to fix that but I can't have a random copied account execute a trade and then I have to resign in to that one I don't even know what what account it is i'm gonna have to go one by one clicking all my accounts till I can find the one that actually got filled just to exit I NEED NEED The master account the main account that I'm trading off 2 be in control of the allocation accounts I don't want to get filled on the allocation accounts and not get filled on the main account I'd rather take a late fill or anything like I need to be in control of that Please please please help me it it may be the linking does that do it like I don't know what to do I don't know i'm very like upset I need help please and thank you

I need to have it where every account gets filled even if there's a little bit of slippage but I need my main account getting filled I need that to happen because I can't have a hidden account get filled and not know about it How can I fix this

The "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" has no concept of a "Master" account. When you use this option, it is going to copy the trade that you setup for the account you are working with in that particular chart, and then duplicate that trade to the other accounts that are setup for it. That is all it does. So if one account gets filled and another does not, we have no idea, nor any control over it. This could be due to market conditions, or due to issues with your trading service. We definitely have seen many issues with Rithmic related to orders not filling in a timely manner, which would affect whether some would even fill in the actual market or not. As to knowing what accounts have filled or not, you can use the "Trade >> Trade Positions" window to see what is occurring at any specific moment in time.
