Hello, I received this message below. I understand how to get access to the real time data, but do not understand why I need to do this. I have a live funded account at AMP. Best, Georg Starting at the date 2024-02-06, you will begin to receive delayed data for the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges for the following reason: The reason you are not getting real-time data, and historical data in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. Refer to the "Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges" section here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account. You must not have connected to that AMP account within the last 25 days or so, which is why you were being notified of this. We see that you have made the connection as your "Verified Until" date is now showing as "2024-03-06".
