Hi, I am looking to attach a value to the Vertical Line so that I can see the price level - how do I do that? Go to Tools > Vertical Line - when I place it on chart I cannot see the level it is placed at on my X axis. How do I make it visible / or appear on chart? |

Do you want to see the Price or the Date-Time? You can not see a single price with a Vertical Line, as it is spanning multiple prices. In order to see the Date/Time associated with a Vertical Line, you will want to use the "Vertical Line" tool, and then there are options to display the "Date", "Time", or "Date and Time". Refer to the following: Chart Drawing Tools: Vertical Line Configuration For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

There is an option in the Horizontal line Properties pop up edit window. Just check the box "Price" on the 2nd tab of the edit window. Hope this helps, JohnR |
