Do you want to see the Price or the Date-Time? You can not see a single price with a Vertical Line, as it is spanning multiple prices. In order to see the Date/Time associated with a Vertical Line, you will want to use the "Vertical Line" tool, and then there are options to display the "Date", "Time", or "Date and Time".
