hi there am a newbie, firstly i ll like to know if i subscribe for package 11, can i use the Sierra footprint on two different PC? secondly i saw a picture of a trading chart with footprint, am wondering if i subscribe to Sierra package i can configure my chart to look to look like the one i saw in the pic, which i will attach in this message. thank you.

Yes, you can use Sierra Chart software on 2 computers simultaneously without additional cost for the software. The data, however, works a bit differently. The exchanges do not allow for multiple computers for free. Therefore, in order to get the data to 2 computers simultaneously, you would have to pay for 2 exchange fees. We are not seeing anything in the image that is beyond the standard capabilities of our system, so yes - you should be able to reproduce that chart without too much issue.
