How does one create a spread chart for F.US.EP (S&P) versus F.US.ENQ (NQ) using CQG data feed?

The data on one chart works fine however a second one won't load. The only difference I can see is [CBV-D] written at the top left of the one that wont load.
Any ideas?

On the FGBX/DB chart set Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Continuous Contract to None, then select Edit >> Reload and Recalculate and see if that resolves your problem.

I did it again in case but no help. I created another spread FBTP/DB and that works perfect so perhaps it has something to do with the FGBX specifically?

Are you able to get the data for FGBX in a standard chart?

I can, the FGBX is the chart sitting next to it and can scroll back fine.

To tie this off, I have created a new spread chart with the front M23 contracts and the new spread works fine. Ive checked everything and all the settings are the same for both spreads. Strange one. If you want me to check anything else my end for your own queries let me know.
