I can't seem to load real-time data for ES. Have package 12 with CME data activated? Do I need to login with my futures (ninjatrader) account before it will allow real-time?

Yes, this is precisely the issue. You have activated a Non-Professional exchange, but you have not connected your Sierra Chart system to your live, funded, trading account in order to validate the account for the non-professional status.
