Hi, Replay works fine on my laptop including DOM from the historical data. I am migrating from one instance to another on my desktop. Upon opening new instance, all my commissions and settings in global symbol settings are set back to default. Maybe I missed something. I did follow documentation seems doc. maybe for an older version. But my purpose in the new instance is to have a replay outside of my trading evaluator. I have set the data/trade setting down to one tick and the Global Symbols Settings I have set it to enable saving of market depth. When I replay it doesn't include it in the DOM. Could be missing something. I have done this successfully before. See DOM in replay screenshot. Point me in the right direction. GREAT PRODUCT. Cannot say enough about it. |

Typically, with the Trade DOM the issue is that you do not have the number of days loaded to match to the charts. Refer to the following: Replaying Charts: Replaying Trade DOM Windows For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I have checked on the number of days and made sure that they are linked, but from my market depth file, it appears as if it is not actually downloading all of the market depth files. This is a migration from another instance, so I am kind of guessing that the files are being downloaded into the old instance, as far as I can tell everything is set up correctly in the new instance of Sierra. I have some wires crossed here and could use a hand troubleshooting. I have included a screenshot of the marketdepth folder and I have checked to ensure that the path for the data file is correct for each instance.

Ok, an update, I have managed to get it working on a couple of symbols. I think I have the issue worked out. Sorry to be a bother. Best, Colby |

So, now I have one symbol that works for Replay, ZN which it appears to be downloading the market depth data correctly and replays correctly. The other symbol FGBX appears to be downloading but does not play in the replay with correct DOM. Other symbols such as FDAX appear to not download market depth data correctly, ES, GC only load one days worth of data. See attached file. Let me know if you want to see my message log. |

Another anomaly, considering that you said the "days to load" was incorrect. I have gone back to edit the days to load in a couple of charts within the US Treasuries chart book to match the days to load in the ZN, the symbol that was working correctly and that fixed the other US Treasuries to seemingly work. When I do so with the other chartbooks, European Markets, CL GC, it will not let me change the date ranges. Clearly I have no idea and am just hacking along. I do not know why I am so confused on the date range issue. |

It sounds like you are trying to change the "Date Range" rather than the "Days to Load", when "Days to Load" is the value that is set to control what days are loaded. On the Trading DOM for those DOMs that are not replaying correctly, be sure the "Days to Load" is set to the same value as the chart that is controlling the replay. Can you please look at my message log file and tell me what you see might be the problem regarding the actual downloading of market depth data. It isn't working as it should.

First of all, are you having an issue with real-time market depth data, or is this an issue during a replay? If it is real-time market depth data, then refer to the following: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels If this is a replay issue, then are you replaying a chart or a Trade DOM? And have you gone through the information at the following link: Replaying Charts: Replaying of Market Depth Data For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

This was an issue with replay, my real time data is fine. I will go through the link for replay and see if I learn anything. For the most part, the market depth appears to be downloading now, and it functions during replays. So I guess my issue is resolved. I will dig deeper in the platform. Thanks for your feedback.
