Hello, My feed is CQG If I understood correctly, I have to modify in: global settings => data/trade services settings => current select services (List), I select SC data - All services But I don't have real time anymore, I'm 10 minutes delayed. How to get real time ? I am no longer with CQG ? If so, which dats provider am I connected to? Thank you for your answers Alain |

So you no longer have a trading account with your broker that uses CQG? If you still have a trading account which uses CQG you need to set Sierra Chart to use CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions And the market data will need to come from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. To have the real time on the CME with CQG (as before), I am in package 3 and I have to go to package 10 ?

Yes but we just gave you access now, to Service Package 12 free for 60 days. We provided your account access to Service Package 12 at no cost for 60 days. After that you need to change to Service Package 10 or 11 depending upon whether you were using Service package 3 or 5. Package 10 is equivalent to package 3 and package 11 is equivalent to package 5. Service Package 10 and 11 support connections to external services. With CQG WebAPI, if I download version 2403, I have no data. Should I stick to version 2393 ? And if so will there be a version compatible with CQG WebAPI ? |

Version 2393 is the last version that allows support for CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX. Refer to the information here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394 We will continue to support CQG for trading, it is just the data which we have stopped. Therefore, you can either stay on 2393 or you can change to our Denali Exchange Data Feed, where you will have more historical data at the same price. You can then stop the CQG data from your broker. I don't understand : if I go to Denali, what happens with my broker (AMP) ? Because AMP says we need to set only their CQG final command routing. And for Teton it's the same ?? Thanks for your answer |

Denali is just data. If you use our Denali data, you will still be using CQG for your order routing. But, you can then stop the data from CQG, since you are getting it from us. That way, you are not paying twice for the same thing. Teton is our order routing service. AMP does not have support for this yet. Therefore, with AMP, you will use CQG for order routing and then you can either stay on Sierra Chart version 2393 and get CQG data, or update to a newer version and use the Denali data. No you have misunderstood, you need to stay on Service Package 3. We changed your package back to Service Package 3.
