Good afternoon, I have the trial account and testing out Sierra Charts per my trainer's suggestion (Neeve from G7fx). I have been able to set up his example chart and your department took care of the connection issues but there's no information coming in on the: Bid, Sold, Bot and Offer Collums. Can you please take care of this issue, we are planning to sign up with sierra charts but we are new to the trading game and all the technical aspects of it. One thing we see is that you are using the Delayed Streaming Data Feed, but you are connected to the Real-Time Simulated Futures Trading Service. You would want to set the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service to Trading Evaluator - Delayed. But, this should not have any impact on your data. From what we can see, and given the time of your posting, our guess is just that you are looking for data during the daily stop from 16:00 to 17:00 (Chicago time) for most of the CME Group. You will want to wait until after 17:00 to see if you continue to have an issue with the Market Depth not showing.
