Good afternoon, I have the trial account and testing out Sierra Charts per my trainer's suggestion (Neeve from G7fx). I have been able to set up his example chart and your department took care of the connection issues but there's no information coming in on the: Bid, Sold, Bot and Offer Collums. Can you please take care of this issue, we are planning to sign up with sierra charts but we are new to the trading game and all the technical aspects of it.
