Hi, I purchased Service Package 11, but I have delayed Data. How do I get live real time data. I am trying to access CME currency futures, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks |

Package 11 is just one part of what needs to be done to get the real-time data. For the CME Group data you will need to follow these setup instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Also be aware of the CME Group requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account that your Sierra Chart software can be connected to, in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees.
