I am subscribed to Denali data feed but all charts show a (C) in title bar and not an (M)

I have gone through the trouble shooting steps as best I can but can not resolve this. My broker is AMP Global Futures. My trading service is set to CQG Web API. I pay for the Denali feed every month and want to be sure I am getting this data. Note: I am NOT having any particular charting or trading problems. I just don't want to be paying for something I'm not getting. Also, I'm seeing lots of posts saying that Sierra Chart is going to discontinue support for CQG. Does this mean I will no longer be able to use Sierra Chart for trading with Amp Global Futures? (I contacted AMP and they told me they are not planning to support the Teton service any time soon) |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for one of the symbols you chart or trade. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then identify any issue. ----- Also, I'm seeing lots of posts saying that Sierra Chart is going to discontinue support for CQG. Only market data. (I contacted AMP and they told me they are not planning to support the Teton service any time soon) They will be supporting Teton but the date is unknown.

Note--- I noticed that when I opened a completely new intraday chart, it displayed the (M). Great, thank you. But, can you help me understand why if I open a new intraday chart, the chart title bar displays an (M). If I then increase the number of days to load in this new chart from 15 (default) to say 300, the chart title bar now shows BOTH a (C) and an (M). However, all of my existing intraday charts still only show a (C) in the chart title bar. |
