Data and Dom not updating

Hi, I am tying to set up an install on my laptop, I am not getting real time data printing. my desktop which is updating and I can trade on it, it is set to "SC CME Futures Order Routing Trading" under Data/Trade Service. I don't have that as an option on my laptop. I set it to "Teton CME order routing Trading." It displays my p/l in the dom but the dome and charts don't update. Both are set to Stage 5/Advantage under clearing firm, am I missing something obvious?

If both computers are trying to get data at the same time, then that is the problem. You are only setup to get data to one computer at a time. If you want to have data to two different computers at the same time then you need to pay the exchange fee twice. Refer to the information here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously Also, you need to have your service set to whatever trading service you are using. Are you still using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service or have you moved to the Teton Order Routing Service? I'm only planning on using 1 at a time, thanks. I'm sot sure what the service it should be set to, the broker originally set it up on a walk thru but said that it was Teton. I make trades on the desktop, it is set to SC CME, which doesn't show up as an option on my data/trade service tab on the laptop, Teton is not an option on the desktop. Thanks |
