If both computers are trying to get data at the same time, then that is the problem. You are only setup to get data to one computer at a time. If you want to have data to two different computers at the same time then you need to pay the exchange fee twice. Are you still using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service or have you moved to the Teton Order Routing Service?
