When I loaded SC this morning, no level 2 data is showing in the DOM. I upgraded to version 2375 64-bit, revision 41575 but this did not help. This is for ES and MES (and possibly others; I haven't checked). I use Denali feed with MBO, order routing is via Rithmic Direct. This has all been working fine up until now, and I haven't made any changes, so not sure what to try to fix this. Thanks. |

It was a problem at the Rithmic end; now resolved. Thank you.

No we do not think it was a problem with Rithmic because you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. But you are no longer getting that data (Both historical and real-time) into your installation of Sierra Chart being used with Rithmic as of today, because of the reason below: The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
