Hi Team,

I have been on the free trial for the last few days. I want to transfer over to a live account to receive real time market data but do not require trading services as I have a live account through CQG. I have tried to follow the steps but am getting lost with all the redirections.

My preference is for the Advanced Package at $36/month and to receive market data for futures only as I intend to use the TPO charts.

My question is, what am I supposed to select to receive real time market data for this purpose? I am getting Nasdaq data options, Denali data options, CME data options etc, and it is confusing. Can you please assist and direct me to the relevant pages?

Thank you,
Guy

We see that you have activated the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professionals" exchange. In order to receive this data, you need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account at least once a month in order to qualify as a Non-Professional for the CME Group. For more information on this, refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Since you stated that you have an account with AMP, then most likely they have you setup to use CQG for your Order Routing. If this is correct, then you will need to follow these instructions to connect to that trading account in order to validate your non-professional status:
CQG Trading Platform Service

If you require other data, such as EUREX, or NASDAQ, then refer to the Setup Instructions for these exchanges here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges*
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
