Hello, I run two sub- instances plus main instance where I only use EUREX products - everything runs well!!! Since adding US markets NQ on sub- instance 2 and ES on sub instance 3 both aren´t able to download their cont charts while EUREX products do well I always need to disconnect and re- connect to data feed and after that all charts loaded!!!! I did all the stuff like delete data and download, translate symbols to current service....but don´t worked! Also when using intraday settings for the daily charts in NQ and ES - charts are not loading all days lot of days in the past are missing!!!! (any ideas why)? Are there any other ideas, solutions to get this solved??? Thanks in advance |

Can you please give us some more description of the particular issue in the sub-instances, such as is the data not loading, is not loading all of the expected data, or is it something else? Also, please get us a copy of your Message Log from one of the Sub-Instances when you are having the issue by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. Meanwhile ES Charts are loading in sub- instance 3, but NQ Chart still pending while other charts already downloaded!! NQ charts - "Downloading Continuous Contract Data" in blue!! When you reconnect the historical data downloads just continue from where they left off before.Generally this is a problem, when there is a very large amount of data to download and there is slower Internet connectivity.
