                I am coming back to you, because I have done all the steps requested. I bought the data, I connected a demo account, I paid again CME data, I filled the privacy forms. I am lost on your platform, it's been 2 days since I paid for your services and nothing works. The charts are 10 minutes behind real charts. On Sierra Chart everything is well connected. I am connected to SC Data-All Services...  Honestly I don't know what to do anymore, do you have the possibility to enter my account to set up everything?  |

                So like you said I have to link a real account. I cannot link my bdswiss account, why ??? And why I have to link my real account ? I don't want to trade from Sierra, I JUST NEED THE DATA THAT I PAID FOR. Don't tell me that I have to deposit money on one of your affiliated brokers?! So please help me. Thankyou.

One reason you can not connect to your BD Swiss account and have that count towards the CME Group Requirement for Non-Professional exchange fees, is because BD Swiss is not a Futures Broker, and that is one of the requirements from the CME Group. And why I have to link my real account ?  
You have to connect to a real account because the CME Group says you have to in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. You do not need to do this if you want to pay the professional rates. This is a requirement from the CME Group, not from us. We are only enforcing their rules. Don't tell me that I have to deposit money on one of your affiliated brokers?! 
If you want to get the CME Data at the non-professional rate, then you will need to do this. I bought your data more than two weeks ago and I still haven't been able to use it. So I paid this month for nothing... It would be very honest of you to have a commercial gesture by extending me the data for free until I can use it. Thank you.
