Hello, I recently just purchased Sierra charts and was excited to use it. I checked all the system pre-reqs which my laptop meets but for some reason it's very slow and glitchy. I have not been able to properly open up any chart. For example, as of 10 minutes ago, I was trying to open up GBPUSD and it would load after 5-6 minutes and then be really glitchy when trying to zoom in and out or when trying to move right to left with the chart. Sadly I don't have another computer I can test this on.

What we can do for you is to give you an additional two weeks of usage time which we have done.

And then what we want you to do is to follow through the instructions here:

Increase the "Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" to 1 Minute:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)

And then go to the chart and fully re-download the data:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

See if that helps. If not we can always do a refund.

Sorry for the late reply, I had been busy with work all week. I finally got the chance to mess around and try doing the method given above but still no luck. Spent a few hours adjusting settings and still it's very sluggish for me. If I had another computer I'd give it a shot to see if it was just my computer but sadly I don't have another computer to test it on.
