Sierra keeps freezing on my main chartbook and I cannot do anything half the time

I had never had problems with Sierra Chart being unstable and now since last week after I did the update and tinkered with my main chartbook something is very wrong. I am on package 15 with denali feed and rithmic. I used to use Rithmic with the DTC Bridge with no issues for over a year. Then 2 weeks ago it just stopped working and I was instructed by Sierra Engineering to follow the new rules. So I went to sign up for denali, with cme market data and connect to rithmic with that. Ever since then all the problems started. I have 2 chartbooks. One is a simpler one and then my main one with many studies and things which had never given me trouble. My simpler chartbook gives me no issues right now. But the other one as soon as I click any key or open my chart studies or settings, the pointer becomes this blue circle and it says "not responding" on the program header. I have no idea what to do. I can't make any trades because the thing freezes mid trades and I cannot see what is happening or properly manage any positions now with the freezing every time I start clicking buttons. Hi Sierra Support I did some adjustments and the freezing is not as pronounced now. Was able to trade fine on Friday morning. I had made a post a couple weeks ago regarding the Rithmic Bridge plug in which I was told was not used in the new version and was given a whole guideline what to do. I have done everything, including upgrading to denali and direct CME data for ES. I was logging in with the rithmic credentials and it was working good. But tonight for some reason it is refusing to connect. When I switch to Sierra SC Data or to my CQG connection for Tradovate it connects no problem. But for some reason Rithmic, which was connecting yesterday is now stuck on the yellow status. I took a screenshot of the log. Any idea what is wrong? Thanks |
