Recently switched from cqg to denali, unable to get real time data

Hi, I have recently switched from cqg to denali (using amp as broker) and I am unable to get the real time data on my charts.


I have selected "allow support for sierra chart data feeds" in the data settings menu, and whenever I hit translate symbols to current service, the following message shows up:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
