I Cannot find a chart that a fellow Sierra user sent me? The User who sent it to me is Marlin46. How do I find it?

If they sent it to you using the option within Sierra Chart of File >> Send File to User, then you should have it automatically downloaded and you should just be able to open it by selecting File >> Open Chartbook.

If they sent it to you through another method, then start at step #7 of the following:
Chartbooks (Workspaces): Sharing a Chartbook with Another User or Copying it to Another Installation

They did send it that way. He even show me on DUO how he sent it. Should he have clicked on Send Global Configuration>

No, he does not need to select the option for "Send Global Configuration".

You should have a notice that a file has been sent to you, and it should be automatically downloaded.

We are not seeing that a chartbook has been shared with you through that method. Did they enter the correct Account Name? Keep in mind your Sierra Chart Account Name looks like "TransAct_User_rd*******".

Does he need to add Transact_User_rd(rest of mylogin)?

He was putting in just the name I use to login with.

Thanks.

Your Sierra Chart Account Name is the whole thing. You login to your InfinityAT with just the last part, but when the Sierra Chart software starts, it is using the account name as we showed it above (TransAct_User_rd...). So yes, he needs to send it to that Account Name.
