No, he does not need to select the option for "Send Global Configuration". You should have a notice that a file has been sent to you, and it should be automatically downloaded. We are not seeing that a chartbook has been shared with you through that method. Did they enter the correct Account Name? Keep in mind your Sierra Chart Account Name looks like "TransAct_User_rd*******".
