Hi, I would like to have remote assistance if possible, I'm currently in Melbourne Australia. I have just reactivated my AMP account with CQG data, everything is working except i don't have data for 6 months on all charts as per attachment. Can you please assist as I have tried everything that I can find. |

Enable this setting: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) (Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds) After this: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
