Hi, im using Denali for CME and NYMEX feeds for ES and CL respectively. This morning the contracts are delayed. I switched from SC Data - All Services to CQG then back again but this does not seem to have resolved the problem. (My account is with AMP).

You should be getting real-time data for ES. Restart Sierra Chart if not. If you still have trouble follow the instructions below.

Regarding CL, you need to activate NYMEX:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
