Wondering, I need to add to my account, I have some left with AMP, but need to to add, but how is this done. I made an account fee yesterday to keep account active. Want to add funds to my account, because I have previously used AMP services. Need to know how to add funds?

To add funds to your Sierra Chart account either select Help >> Add Usage Credit from within the Sierra Chart software, or you can go to the page directly at the following link and then login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password:

Why is there no human contact available, you want and have my money yet I can't talk with anyone in a timely manner about where my funds went and how to put into my account for trading.

I had been using AMP, they no longer take payments for your charting service and I was told to pay you and get the back to trading. I did send a payment, which it looks like it was put into the service to pay monthly charge, and not the trading account. It would be so much easier to speak with someone then to be told I'm in the wrong place and never get help. I would prefer that the money sent in would be moved to the trading account except for 200 left in monthly service charge. Or better yet you set it up so that I can have it in the trading account funds, and you take monthly payment from there.

Hello Support / John

I have such a difficult time find where to send my request, this is also with my luck. I don't really want to put info on support board about closing account and sending remaining funds to account at NinjaTrader.
Hope I've found the correct place.

I really think your service needs lots of work.

So I need you to close account, transfer funds to an account at ninja trader.

I've had a link sent back as an answer but nothing there but this which was blank

You, I'm guessing are sending responses to my request of closing account and sending remaining funds to a ninja trader account. I am unable to read any response you've been sending. If you have been sending a response that says ok we can and have closed you account is closed and your funds have been send to ninja trader. I know I haven't or don't think I've send account number but I have no idea where these posts are showing and uncomfortable just putting on here.
This is the reason I believe you need a phone, I'm sure I'm not the only person who has similar type issues.
How about you send an email to acknowledge we are on same page and I can send new acct. number to sent to.

Please you are very frustrating, your system works good except when I or others try to quit. I need and want my remaining funds sent to me. Close account, in my opinion your are just prolonging the process to get the rest of what little is in your control. Really a said situation that such a big company can have such poor communication processes. I really don't want to be rude and start calling names and be extremally rude. To me this should be an easy process for you. A customer is requesting to stop service, and you as a company can't find a way to say ok. Process is done your account is closed get the fuc out. That would be a nice note to get. Just close account your messages aren't getting to me. CLOSE ACCOUNT IS ALL YOU HAVE TO DO.
