I had been using AMP, they no longer take payments for your charting service and I was told to pay you and get the back to trading. I did send a payment, which it looks like it was put into the service to pay monthly charge, and not the trading account. It would be so much easier to speak with someone then to be told I'm in the wrong place and never get help. I would prefer that the money sent in would be moved to the trading account except for 200 left in monthly service charge. Or better yet you set it up so that I can have it in the trading account funds, and you take monthly payment from there. Thanks |
