Hi there im wanting to use your software package 10 without a broker, Im in the uk and the broker i use you do not support your software. would ther be any additional extra exchange fees or is this all in the package 10? as i want to use the data feed numbers for forex and futures. Dont want to sign up and be hit with extra fees i have looked into amp futures but cannot use their service in the uk. I am a learner trader s hopefully this will make sense. thanks

You can use Package 10, that is not a problem. The issue comes in with the exchange fees for the CME Group. In order to qualify as a Non-Professional, the CME Group requires that you have a futures trading account, and we verify this electronically by having you connect your Sierra Chart to one of the supported trading services where you have an account. If you do not have an account with a supported trading service, then you would need to pay for the Professional exchanges. One other note. If you are just using Sierra Chart for learning purposes right now, then we recommend that you use Package 3 and then use the Delayed Streaming Data from the CME Group to practice. The Delayed Streaming Data is delayed by 10 minutes and 10 seconds, but you can work with it in the same manner as if it were real-time data.
