I started with Dinali yesterday and my monthly and weekly charts are not receiving data

Ensure that the option File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is Enabled. If this is the case, then we would need to see your Message Log after opening a chart that is not receiving data. Follow these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Now I am getting blank spaces on my numbers chart and dots on a reversal chart.

I just realized that because of the lack of historical data on the MES, I was using the ES for the weekly and monthly charts and I forgot that. They are now receiving data. The blanks on the numbers chart and the high and low dots instead of bars on the reversal chart are from when I disconnected and connected the live data as the instructions before copying the log. What concerns me is that the data didn't fill in when reconnecting, there are still blanks in the numbers bars and dots where a candlestick bar should be on the reversal chart.

I corrected the circular reference. On the reversal chart there are 5 bars that printed in a 1 second time period that have dashes between 7-8 ticks between the high and the low with nothing in between. Is this because data was coming in faster than the chart could handle it? This happened at 9:00 Eastern when the ISM data was release.

We see the same thing with the data from that time. It is perfectly correct, it is just that there was a lot of orders at that time and the prices jumped quite a bit. But since you have your Reversal bars set to 14-0, as long as the price moves 14 ticks, the bar does not have to have any minimum size.
