I think I have all paid and upto date on my payment - I am getting delayed data - upwards of few mins - can you please let me know what is wrong from my side - everything was woring in the morning

You need to connect to your trading account, as the time has expired since you last connected. Hello, I have both ThinkOrSwim/TD Ameritrade and IBKR as my trading platform for my Fut, equities products. I disabled Denali and switched to IBKR data feed but I still see the SIM - Does this mean it will be delayed. We see that you have connected to your trading account and therefore the verification of your status for the CME Group has been updated. Therefore, you should be getting Real-Time data for your Denali Data. The "SIM" that you would see in the upper-left corner has nothing to do with the data. That is Trade Simulation Mode. You can find more about here: Trade Simulation Also, in order to know if you are getting the Sierra Chart data or not, you will see a "[M]" following the symbol name in the Chart Header.
