The dome won't respond to "flatten" and the price action is moving up and down in a sticky manner. The platform two screens in front of me won't move side to side or up and down without a lot of work.
Sticky also. Tried to download the current version, still sticky. Please fix. Lost $62.50 live this morning. Need reimbursement on this. Robert Slater

This sounds like a performance issue in Sierra Chart. This is covered in help topic 30:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often

And follow the instructions here to set up a configuration where you are only using the main instance of Sierra Chart for trading and not any advanced charting:
Overview of Trading: Sierra Chart Configuration for Most Low Response Time Trading

This is essential to avoid this issue to begin with.

We have activated the web-based trading panel for your account:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#WebBasedTradingPanel

That is an alternative means to access your trading account and do things like flatten positions.
