DATA issue - missing data since the 16 of March 2020 (EUrEX)

Hi,

I've some issues with my data. Since the 16 of March 2020, no day have been consistent. I can have a day starting at 07h00 or 08h. Some hours are missing for exemple from 12h30 to 15h30 or any time on any day etc...
Before this date, I didn't have this type of problem. Do you have any idea ?
Contract : BUNd, Eurostoxx etc...(eurex)

It sounds like there has been just a temporary problem with downloading historical data at times.

Hi,

I have done the required actions and it does not solve the problem, it is even sometimes worse and I do not understand why.
I used th backup process with backup files to go back in times etc...but it does'nt solve the issue either.
I tried to rinstall the application from scratch and I'm experienceing the same issue.
Is there any set of actions I could do to have a clean installation with no legacy of the previous one ?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We need the information requested above. Reinstalling is not going to help. There is some connectivity issue.
