Hi, I have done the required actions and it does not solve the problem, it is even sometimes worse and I do not understand why. I used th backup process with backup files to go back in times etc...but it does'nt solve the issue either. I tried to rinstall the application from scratch and I'm experienceing the same issue. Is there any set of actions I could do to have a clean installation with no legacy of the previous one ? |
