Unable to Change From & To Dates on Intraday Chart

I just downloaded Version 1781 and I am not able to get historical data. The date range is only for the current day, today. If I change the date and click Apply or OK, it just changes the date back to today's date and no new data is downloaded. I have uploaded a copy of the screen. Before I did the upload, I had to delete the old version (1717). When I tried to update that version it would not work, so I deleted it, downloaded the executable file and installed the current version. Thanks. |

Thanks. But those options did not work. No additional historical data was downloaded when I changed the "Days to Load" to 30, I'm still only getting data for the last couple of hours. Date Range in File From date still shows 2018-08-31. It wont even let me go back one to 2018-08-30. It seems like it's a clock/date issue. But I could be wrong. Any other suggestions?

I also tried using the "Date Range in File" to get historical data. I validated that my laptop date/time were in synch with the time zone for GreenChart too.
