I just downloaded Version 1781 and I am not able to get historical data. The date range is only for the current day, today. If I change the date and click Apply or OK, it just changes the date back to today's date and no new data is downloaded. I have uploaded a copy of the screen. Before I did the upload, I had to delete the old version (1717). When I tried to update that version it would not work, so I deleted it, downloaded the executable file and installed the current version. Thanks. |
